About this Event: For Art's Sake Gallery and Studio's "Annual Adult Student Juried Art Show, 2009 will be held at the James Center, 901 E. Cary Street. Opening reception will be held Friday, January 16 from 5:30 7:30 pm. These are adult students from For Art's Sake Gallery and Studio instructed by Richmond artist Anne Chaddock. There will be approximately 70 artists participating. This show will be benefiting Make-a-wish foundation. We will be auctioning off another exciting project created by our students. The auction will open and close the night of the opening reception, January 16, 2009. 100% of auction proceeds and 10% of all sales will go directly to Make-a-Wish.
